Based on Data Analytical predictions of who the winner will be as aired on Channels Television few days before the election (see: https://youtu.be/L9gJRVeM_GI )

Can the Obidients and Atikulates make bold to state categorically in the court of public opnion that they were rigged?

Where is the pathway to their Presidential victory?

Where we're they rigged out? In the SW? NW? Or NC?

Know this and know peace that Aswiaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS PARTY won the plurality of votes in the NW, NC, and SW and he also emerged second in the cumulative votes recorded in the SE, SS, and NE.

To further buttress the point of electoral victory of the APC, the party won majority of the *93 Senatorial Seats* as announced by INEC out of 109 announced so far:

APC.   51 Seats

PDP.    27 Seats

LP.         5 Seats

NNPP.   2 Seats

SDP.      2 Seats

YYP.      1 Seat

APGA.     1 Seat

In the Gubernatorial election that followed two weeks after, results announced show significant dwindling in the cumulative results of Labour Party while NNPP increased. This shows that both third-force parties could only win a state governor in the election i.e Abia and Kano respectively while APC had a whooping 15 states  to lead others. This implies that the ruling party still remains popular.

 *SUMMARIZED ANALYSIS OF THE SCORES NATIONWIDE*

SUMMARY OF THE 2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS, SCORES BY THE FOUR MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES (APC, LP, PDP & NNPP)

 ```ENTIRE NORTH```
 *APC  5,507,787*
PDP   5,159,679
LP  1,798,671
NNPP 1,449,872
 ```ENTIRE SOUTH```

APC  3,206,959

PDP 1,751,047

 *LP   4,020,687*

NNPP 42,002

 ```ENTIRE NIGERIA```
 *APC  8,714,746 - Winner!*
PDP   6,910,726
LP   5,819,358
NNPP 1,491,894
 *Commentary*: The result analysis above showed that Peter Obi won the entire Southern Nigeria but performed woefully in the entire Northern Nigeria whereas Bola Tinubu won him with a wide margin in the entire Northern Nigeria and became close in southern Nigeria explaining the reason for the wide gap between APC and LP.
Meanehile, Atiku Abubakar of the PDP party had great outing in the North but couldn't win it but the poorest outing ever in the Southern part of Nigeria. The Kwankwaso's NNPP was a party solely recognized in one geo-political zone of the Northern Nigeria; hence, could not coast to victory with a very woeful performance in the South.
CONSTITUTIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PRESIDENTIAL VICTORY:
ALL 4 PARTIES PERFORMANCES
 *Number of States Won*
APC - 12 States
PDP - 12 States
LP - 11States  + FCT
NNPP - 1 State
 *N:B APC scored the Highest Vote counted with    8,714,746 to emerge winner!*
 *Percentage Scores of Political Parties*
 _*>=25% Scores Analysis*_
APC - met 25% of *29 States*
PDP - met 25% of 21 States
LP - met 25% of 15 States
NNPP - met 25% of 1 State
Comment: The essence of meeting an average of 25% in atleast 24 states and/or the FCT inclusive as provided in the constitution was to determine the popularity and acceptability of a President-elect across the country. This is a check and balance to those who thinks they can emerge victorious with just a section of the country. Thus, it enforces a compulsory handshake for any would-be winner of the presidential election. This handshake was achieved in the 2023 General Election by ONLY one party which is APC that won NW, SW linked with the NC having scored the highest of >25% in the required states. It shows other candidates were ONLY popular in a region or hemisphere but Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is most acceptable having won the highest votes across all geo-political zones. Illustration, a councilor who won 3 awards out of the 6 wards in his Local Government will definitely be declared winner compared to one that has victory in 2 or 1 wards.
